It is our goal to create a GREAT experience when you order from Texas Giclee. When placing your order, you are stating that you agree with these terms and conditions of sale.


The act of ordering a print is saying in fact that you are the copyright owner of these images or you have been granted permission from the owner to reproduce these images. We will not knowingly violate anyone's copyright.

Production Times on Orders:

This is a custom product & is produced after you order! All days below are business days Monday – Friday.

Paper & Uncoated Canvas: *Rush 1 day -  Standard time 2 to 4 Days.

Coated Canvas: *Approximately: 4-5 Work Days.

Stretched Canvas: *Approximately: 4-5 Work Days.

*Time begins if the order and file is submitted before 2 pm on given day. If order and file is receive after 2 or at night start the next business day as far as wait times. Large or specialty orders take longer.

Rush Orders:

Rush orders can only take place if we have time and resources to complete the order. Deadlines are important to you we will do our very best. We cannot guarantee delivery by a date, as we are not responsible for shipping companies and their delivery. Rush charges are subject to a minimum charge of $10 and additional charges per piece. Please view calculator for specific charges. Stretched canvas and coated prints are harder to complete and a rush time would be no less than 3 days.

Production time and shipping times are separate. Once production is finished shipping times begin. Shipping time is generally 2 - 7 days UPS Ground Service.

Personal Checks:

Personal checks may delay order up to 7 business days for check to clear. Please ask if you need order in less time.


You may not need to make your file the exact size you are ordering. We will reduce or enlarge to make file as close to order size as possible. However, if you know exactly where you want crops to occur, please make your own crop. Finished print sizes will be approximately the size of order or might slightly smaller or larger. Please do not order matts, stretcher frame, frame or glass until you receive your print and measure.


Canvas prints are cropped as need to create the edge you order. Please keep this in mind when ordering your edge thickness and size. An upstretched canvas print may shrink slightly after printing and may stretch larger than size when placed on stretcher bar for hanging.


Order your prints in the same proportions, as your file and cropping will be in close proportions to what you desire. If we have to crop, we use our best judgment as what to crop out and what to keep. We are not responsible for cropping left to our judgment. If you need the perfect crop, please do it BEFORE submitting file.

Our software automatically crops proportions in width and height based on your order size.

Color Correction & Print Quality:

We print your file as is! If you need color correction, please order in editing.

We use excellent materials, equipment and inks. Our staff are experts at printing. Our monitors and printers are highly profiled and turn out EXCELLENT RESULTS!

However, our prints are only as good as the FILE you submit to us. If your file is grainy, blurry, poor resolution, if you submit in wrong color mode, low dpi, etc, you will receive a poor quality print. You are responsible for submitting a great file and we can take from there. Files submitted should be JPEG, GIFF, PNG or BMP. Please do not submit tiffs, psd or pdf or ai files.

Monitor Matching and Print Brightness:

We print your files as they actually are. We do not brighten or lighten any files. Many customers’ monitor will display a file lighter/brighter or darker then it actually is. Many colors on monitors are also badly out of calibration. We do not guarantee that your print will look like your monitor. We use Eizo Coloredge monitors and if you really want an accurate match, we strongly advise you buy one too. They are great!


DO NOT add the borders to your image unless it is part of your image. We add borders to un-stretched canvas & paper prints.

Image Alignment & Centering:

We CANNOT guarantee exact placement or alignment on images on stretched canvas. It is not an exact science as there is different stretch from canvas type to canvas type. All stretching is done by machine. We visually center all images and align using our best judgment, but there can be some side-to-side or top to bottom differences.

Missing and Prints Damaged in Shipping:

If a print is damaged or lost in shipment, damage will be seen when opening the package. The client easily damages canvas & paper prints after delivery. Damage in UPS claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Email us a photo of the damaged shipper and print, to help with the UPS claim. You must receive a return number before returning the item to us, unauthorized returns will be refused and you will receive no.  We are not responsible shipping damage but will help you file a UPS claim for damaged items. Our only obligations are to file an UPS claim for damaged prints.

Bent or dinged borders on paper prints are not considered damaged, since most customers either mat or cut off all or some of the borders. We leave these borders simply to protect the printed area until mounting.

Imperfections in the print such as spots or scratches are many times the fault of the file submitted. You must return the print inspection if a reprint is needed. If the print has been damaged, we are only obligated replace the print. We do not give refunds.


Mistakes made by us on an order, will be happily corrected. You MUST notify us on phone or the contact us with the submission form within 3 days of delivery. We are not responsible for corrections unless notified within 3 days. Prints must be returned before we issue a reprint. Reprinting is out only obligation.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Changes:

All prints are custom prepared just for you, returns are not allowed. You can cancel your order within 4 hours of order, however if the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it. You will be responsible for part of order processed. If you order print but do not supply files within 10 business days, we will issue an in store credit that will be good for 6 months. No refund will be given.
