What is a Giclee Print?The French word "giclée" (zhee-klay) is a noun that means a spray or a spurt of liquid. The word may have been derived from the French verb "gicler" meaning "to squirt". A "giclee print" is an elevation in printmaking technology. Images are created from digital scans and printed with archival quality inks onto various media including canvas, photo papers and fine art papers.
